 * 4+ years of experience in security operations, intelligence, incident management or security operations center environments
 * Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
 * Proven experience in stakeholder management and crisis response coordination
 * Ability to assess threats critically and adapt to dynamic operational scenarios
 * Experience working in a Security Operations Center, emergency service control room or similar command center environment

Nice to have

 * Professional experience in risk or incident management processes
 * Exposure to intelligence analysis, open-source intelligence (OSINT) or social media research
 * Experience using technology platforms for risk tracking and escalation workflows
 * Ability to provide concise written summaries for decision-making in high-pressure scenarios

## Description

* Triage security-related issues while providing strong customer service to maintain operational efficiency
 * Monitor and respond to security incidents that could impact personnel or business continuity
 * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the safety of personnel and business operations
 * Develop and enhance GSRS processes and procedures for continuous improvement
 * Analyze and communicate risk information to decision-makers to enable timely actions
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging threats and ensure information is shared effectively
