## About the Role

* 7 plus years of relevant experience
 * Extensive hands-on experience with Apigee OPDK (On-Premises Deployment) administration, installation, configuration, and support.
 * Strong expertise in Linux/Unix system administration and virtualized environments (VMs).
 * Proven experience with Apigee Proxy debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
 * Experience supporting enterprise API gateways and API lifecycle management.
 * Security clearance required for this role - Active GSA Security Clearance is required, TS Clearance preferred, but not required.

## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve API proxy, connectivity, authentication, and performance-related issues.
 * Manage and maintain Linux servers and virtual machine infrastructure supporting Apigee platforms.
 * Monitor platform health, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal performance.
 * Implement security patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
 * Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to support API integrations.
