The role - Senior Systems EngineerAct as the technical bridge between engineering, sales, and customersSupport commercial activities including technical proposals, system costing, and tender responsesLead system integration and validation, ensuring performance, reliability and complianceCapture and manage customer requirements, translating them into clear technical specificationsPerform system modelling, trade-off analysis, and optimisationTroubleshoot complex system-level issues and drive root-cause analysisContribute to new product development and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, optical, electrical, software)
