Depending on the engagement, you may also lead a small development team or pod, conduct design and code reviews, establish development patterns, and mentor less-experienced consultants. As Appian continues to expand its AI and automation capabilities, you will also have opportunities to work with emerging platform capabilities and help clients identify practical ways to incorporate AI into their business processes.
