 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Consultant).
 * Prior consulting experience in healthcare technology projects.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

## Description

* Architect and design Salesforce PRM solutions aligned with healthcare business needs.
 * Lead end-to-end implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and integration.
 * Collaborate with ScaleHealthTech stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce functionality.
 * Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).
 * Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for Salesforce PRM.
 * Conduct system testing, performance optimization, and user training.
 * Act as a trusted advisor for long-term scalability and innovation in provider relationship management.
