Experience and capacity matter. - Some background leading, coordinating, or being responsible for others' work - formal management title not required. - Solid hands-on technical grounding across the following: - MS Server (2016, 2019, 2025) - Microsoft 365 (some GSuite is good too) - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP - Microsoft desktop OS (10, 11) - Mac experience helpful (not required) - General networking (firewalls, subnets, routing, switches, etc.) - Backup hardware and software, RAID - Desktop and server hardware and software - CompTIA "A+" Certification preferred. - Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage is a plus, but we'll train you on our systems and processes. ## Description Location: Onsite in Austin, TX (Northwest hills) / hybrid. Local candidates only.
