## About the Role

* 1-3 years of relevant help desk, technical support, or customer service experience
 * Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and mobile devices
 * Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, network connectivity troubleshooting)
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
 * Strong attention to detail and follow-through
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Reliable transportation for regular travel to Greenwich and occasional travel to other firm offices

## Description

* Provide technical support to attorneys and staff in person, by phone, email and through the Firm's help desk ticketing system
 * Troubleshoot laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other technology equipment
 * Support audio and visual technology needs for meetings, presentations, conferences and events
 * Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing system
 * Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
 * Deliver responsive, professional support with a client-service mindset
