 * Issue Triage & Root Cause Analysis
 * Strong troubleshooting and prioritization skills, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
 * 5-7+ years of experience in a global IT organization
 * Experience supporting logistics operations
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
 * Excellent English communication skills, * Do you have 5-7+ years of experience working in a global IT organization / IT Service Desk environment?
 * How many years of hands-on experience do you have supporting logistics IT environments, including PCs, printers, scanners, networks, and SAP/logistics applications?
 * Are you able to work 100% onsite in Memphis, TN from Day 1?

## Description

Provide frontline IT support for logistics centers and 3PL teams
Troubleshoot PC applications, network connectivity, hardware, and logistics applications
Perform initial triage and coordinate issue resolution with IT support teams
Identify recurring issues and drive end-to-end problem resolution
Support software releases, system upgrades, patches, and new service rollouts
Participate in global IT process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with business owners, infrastructure, application, security, and IT service teams
Maintain minimal business/customer impact through timely issue resolution
