* 2+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support experience.
 * Strong macOS/Apple support experience.
 * Windows/Microsoft support experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
 * Apple certification or Apple Genius experience is a plus.

## Description

* Provide Help Desk/Service Desk support to employees.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
 * Support both macOS/Apple and Windows environments.
 * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
 * Train users on applications and hardware.
 * Coordinate and triage issues with third-party IT providers.
