* Bachelor's degree or Military experience
 * Minimum of 5 years IT project management experience
 * Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and lead customer focused projects across organizational boundaries
 * Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills Strong communication

 * Demonstrated experience interacting & collaborating with business areas in gathering, documenting and developing business scope for projects
 * Results oriented, ability to meet and exceed objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities
 * Strong analytical and business problem solving skills

## Description

* Manage cross functional project teams though complex projects using widely accepted project methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile/LEAN, SDLC)
 * Motivate and direct team members to build collaborative project teams to conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develop formal recommendations for presentation to management
 * Apply project management tools and methods to manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, resources and suppliers
 * Work with other PMO team members to integrate plans and coordinate execution for large cross-functional projects requiring multiple work-streams and sub-plans
 * Conduct cost-benefit Analysis for projects, validate cost and benefit assumptions with stakeholders, resource managers and process owners
 * Conduct written and oral project updates for senior management and business leaders
