## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Experience with Excel and data analysis.
 * Experience with SQL and reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI is preferred.
 * Familiarity with WMS, warehouse operations, inventory management, or automated material-handling systems is a plus.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

## Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support operations within a new automated warehouse environment.
This role will analyze data from our Warehouse Management System (WMS), automation equipment, and operational processes to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making., * Analyze warehouse and WMS data to monitor operational performance.

 * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for warehouse operations.
 * Track metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, throughput, and equipment performance.
 * Identify trends, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.
 * Work with warehouse, operations, IT, and automation teams to investigate data discrepancies and operational problems.
 * Validate WMS data and help ensure accurate inventory and transaction reporting.
 * Support continuous improvement projects using data and performance analysis.
 * Automate recurring reports and data processes where possible.
 * Present findings and recommendations to management and operational teams., The successful candidate will help turn warehouse and WMS data into actionable insights that improve productivity, inventory accuracy, system
