Preferred Qualifications * Hands-on experience supporting or administering SAP. * Experience supporting IT operations in an automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or aftermarket environment. * Experience with ERP integrations, EDI, e-commerce platforms, WMS, and Microsoft 365. * Experience managing third-party technology vendors, service providers, and software partners. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. ## Description We are seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead and support day-to-day technology operations across three locations-two in Utah and one in California. This position is responsible for maintaining reliable IT infrastructure, supporting business-critical systems, strengthening cybersecurity practices, overseeing end-user support, and identifying technology improvements that increase efficiency across manufacturing, warehouse, office, and leadership teams. The IT Manager will partner closely with site and functional leaders to prioritize technology needs, resolve technical challenges, support core business applications, and implement scalable solutions as the organization grows.
