The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proven experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes., * Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within Data and Digital project environments * 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors. * Strong understanding of business processes. * Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. * Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. * Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders at all organisational levels. * Skilled in preparing clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations. * Proven ability to facilitate workshops, capture actions, and manage expectations effectively. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Experience collaborating with Data and engineering teams and defining business requirements. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable outcomes. * Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., * Act as a proactive communicator, decision-maker, and problem-solver with a customer-first mindset. * Work collaboratively within project teams while maintaining confidence to operate independently when needed. * Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from experience. * Exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to simplify and present complex business or technical concepts. * Support decision-making through research and data insights, understanding their broader impact. * Display significant experience working in Product/Agile environments. ## Description * Apply business analysis techniques to evaluate current services, processes, and problem statements. * Elicit, analyse, and document business and non-functional requirements using relevant methods. * Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all project delivery stages. * Ensure all documentation receives the necessary agreement and approvals before progressing through delivery phases. 2. Project Methodologies * Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies appropriately to project needs. * Demonstrate an Agile mindset and customer-centred approach in all work aspects. * Collaborate closely with business areas to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive cross-team collaboration. * Support Product Owners and Project Managers in prioritisation, decision-making, and delivery planning. 3.
