Knowledge & Experience · Experience in interacting with, documenting, and using APIs. Any experience in guiding customers through developing their apps against API specifications is desirable. · Experience working with REST APIs and web services. · Familiarity with Postman. · Strong understanding of API authentication methods, including API Keys, OAuth, JWT, and HMAC. · Ability to read and troubleshoot JSON, XML, and other data formats. · Experience supporting software integrations and technical implementations. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Experience creating technical documentation and implementation guides. · Strong organisational and project coordination skills. · Experience within hospitality, retail, SaaS, or payment technology environments. · Experience with Zonal platforms including Aztec, iOrder, Bookings and Loyalty. · Knowledge of webhook architectures and event-driven integrations. · Familiarity with Power Automate, Azure services, or similar integration tools. · Understanding of cloud technologies and API management platforms. · Experience managing third-party relationships and accreditation programmes. ## Description Location: Work From Home (Mainly working from home, with very occasional visits to the company offices depending on location)., The Integrations Consultant is responsible for supporting third-party partners and customers through the end-to-end integration lifecycle. This includes technical discovery, solution design, onboarding, accreditation, troubleshooting, and ongoing consultancy relating to API and integration services. Working closely with internal product, development, support, and project teams, the Integrations Consultant acts as a technical subject matter expert, helping partners successfully connect their solutions while ensuring integrations meet business, security, and operational standards. Do you: · Love working with key customers, Supporting partners and customers through discovery, API guidance, architecture review, authentication, security, and best-practice integration design. 2. Partner onboarding, accreditation, and delivery Managing new partner onboarding, coordinating testing and certification, ensuring integrations meet business, functional, performance, and security standards. 3. Technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Investigating API issues, analysing logs and data exchange problems, creating documentation, improving processes, and feeding partner insight into future platform improvements.
