## About the Role

* 14+ years of CRM experience
 * Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect
 * Minimum 3 years of experience within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities
 * Strong Salesforce solution and enterprise architecture experience
 * Proven ability to design and optimise complex business processes
 * Strong experience across enterprise integrations and multi-system environments
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
 * Ability to remain hands-on with HLD and LLD design

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must hold both:

 * Salesforce Certified Application Architect
 * Salesforce Certified System Architect

Preferred Experience

 * Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud
 * Understanding of GDS - Government Digital Service standards
 * Salesforce multi-cloud transformation programmes
 * Enterprise CRM strategy and roadmap development, * Do you hold the Salesforce Certified System Architect certification, ?

## Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Salesforce professional who can combine strategic architecture leadership with hands-on technical design across HLDs, LLDs, CRM transformation and multi-cloud Salesforce environments.

What You'll Do

 * Define Salesforce target architecture, transition architecture and implementation roadmaps
 * Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
 * Produce and review High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
 * Lead CRM strategy, business process redesign and roadmap workshops
 * Design integrations across Salesforce and wider enterprise systems
 * Guide Salesforce 360 and multi-cloud implementations
 * Collaborate with Technical Architects, project teams and implementation partners
 * Review solution designs and architecture blueprints and identify potential risks
 * Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor to customers and senior stakeholders, Senior Stakeholder Exposure: Work closely with customers, programme leaders and delivery teams.
