This is a hands-on and varied role providing first-line support to users across the business while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and business systems. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure, assist with projects and system improvements, and help ensure our users receive excellent technical support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT career in a supportive environment with exposure to Microsoft 365, networking, business systems, security systems, and IT infrastructure projects.
