## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise mit Promotion, im Bereich Physik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Optoelektronik oder vergleichbar
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Industrial Engineering, Testentwicklung oder Technologieplanung mit Schwerpunkt auf optischen Systemen, Kameras und Sensorik
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Spezifikation, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Prüf- und Justageständen für optische Komponenten
 * Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Software zur Automatisierung und Datenerfassung (z. B. Python, C#)
 * Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis für optische Messtechnik, Sensorik und Kameratechnologien
 * Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Lastenheften sowie technischer Angebotsbewertung
 * Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungskonzepten und Produktionsfreigaben
 * Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Problemlösungskompetenz
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise SAP
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung und hohe Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

## Description

* Übersetzung und Ableitung von Prüfspezifikationen sowie Entwicklung zusätzlicher Prüfschritte unter Berücksichtigung produktionstechnischer Anforderungen und optischer Messtechnologien
 * Spezifikation, Konzeption und Inbetriebnahme von Prüf- und Justageständen für optische Systeme, Kameras und Sensoren
 * Erstellung von Lastenheften für Fertigungs-, Justage-, Prüf- und Messanlagen mit Fokus auf optische Komponenten sowie technische Bewertung von Angeboten
 * Entwicklung und Programmierung von Softwarelösungen (z. B. in C# und Python) zur Vernetzung, Automatisierung und Datenerfassung in Prüf- und Justageprozessen
 * Validierung, Freigabe und Übergabe von Prüfständen und Messsystemen an Produktion und Instandhaltung
 * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prüf- und Automatisierungstechnologien im Bereich optischer Messtechnik
 * Schulung von Mitarbeitern in Bedienung, Wartung und Anwendung der Prüf- und Justagestände
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungskonzepten für Prüf- und Justageprozesse inklusive Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Produktionsfreigabe (z. B. MSA)
 * Unterstützung bei der Definition von Fertigungs- und Prüfverfahren sowie Spezifikation von Anforderungen entlang der Produktionsprozessentwicklung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Industrial Engineering, Entwicklung, Fertigung und Qualitätssicherung
