Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Navy, NAVSEA, or other DoD acquisition and sustainment programs. * Experience supporting small craft, patrol boats, RHIBs, or similar watercraft assets. * Experience with configuration management, property accountability, lifecycle management, or logistics information systems. * Experience working with government-furnished information and contract deliverables. ## Description Sayres Defense is seeking a Boat Life Cycle Data Support Specialist to provide analytical, data management, and logistics support for government contracts involving the procurement, configuration, delivery, and sustainment of multiple boats and small craft assets in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant experience supporting contract data analysis, configuration management, logistics, asset tracking, or related DoD programs. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to extract, validate, organize, and report boat-level information from complex contract and technical documentation. This position is based in Virginia Beach, VA, and supports a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days onsite each week to facilitate collaboration with government and contractor stakeholders, data validation, and program coordination.
