 * Strong understanding of content strategy, structure, and analytics
 * Confident working independently and taking full ownership of content

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to join a fast-growing fashion brand and take ownership of its content and online presence. A hands-on role, you will manage, structure, and elevate existing content across all social media platforms. You will be responsible for both creative output and content direction, ensuring all activity is aligned, consistent, and engaging., * Manage and develop content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms

 * Create and edit high-quality video and visual content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
 * Oversee content planning and structured content calendars
 * Improve engagement, reach, and performance through content optimisation
 * Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels
 * Support email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
 * Work closely with the business on creative direction
 * Occasionally travel for photoshoots
