As our Workday practice continues to expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Workday professional who can lead complex HCM implementations, advise clients on best practices, and help organizations maximize the value of their Workday investment.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution design and implementation across modulesEngage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutionsPresent solution models, architecture, and recommendations to clients and leadership teamsSupport presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and client demosEnsure delivery quality, governance, and alignment with business objectivesAble to lead, present, deliver impact analysis, and provide recommendations during Workday release cycles.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Skills:
Strong experience in Workday HCM (Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Performance, HCM Reporting, Security, EIBs, etc.)Proven consulting background with client-facing experienceExperience in solution design, workshops, and stakeholder managementStrong presentation and communication skillsExperience in preparing RFP/RFI responses and presales support
