You will support students with a range of learning needs, helping them develop both academic and practical technology skills while promoting independence, confidence and resilience., * Delivering engaging Computer Science and IT lessons that meet the needs of individual learners. * Teaching a broad curriculum that develops digital literacy, computing knowledge and practical technology skills. * Acting as a form tutor and providing pastoral support to students. * Planning, preparing and delivering lessons that inspire students and promote outstanding progress. * Monitoring, assessing and tracking student achievement, using data to inform teaching and support development. * Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to support student success. * Contributing to the development of curriculum resources, schemes of work and wider school initiatives. * Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and achievement. * Supporting students to develop literacy, numeracy, communication and independent learning skills. * Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing and strong relationships across the school community. * Working closely with therapeutic and support teams to ensure learning is tailored to individual student needs. * Embracing new technologies and innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.
