## About the Role

* Knowledge of standard KPIs, metrics, reporting in HCM
 * Experience in Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence
 * Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration
 * Experience in Oracle HCM highly preferred
 * Experience in advanced analytics and AI based solutions on HCM highly preferred

Preferred

 * Experience with Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise analytics platforms.
 * Background in public sector or healthcare transformation programs.
 * Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
 * PL 300 / Power BI certification.

 * Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
 * Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
 * Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent SME ownership.

## Description

Functional Responsibilities

 * Lead reporting requirement workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition /Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Development.
 * Define reporting functional specs of above subject areas

Reporting & Analytics

 * Work with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights
 * Work with data modeling team to define reporting semantic model
 * Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Testing & Quality

 * Collaborate with testing team to define and test functional reporting test cases

Stakeholder Interaction

 * Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders.
 * Participate in design walkthroughs, governance checkpoints, and hypercare support.
