## Description

* Be the first point of contact for IT support queries and incidents.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Windows, laptops, mobile devices and business applications.
 * Support users with onboarding, account setup, and IT inductions.
 * Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues.
 * Support cyber security activities and help colleagues work securely.
 * Work with colleagues and third-party suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the IT team.
 * Identify opportunities to improve the experience we provide to our users.
