## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
 * Practical experience with Oracle Recruiting and/or Oracle Talent.
 * Experience providing Oracle HCM functional support.
 * Experience troubleshooting and resolving Oracle HCM issues.
 * Experience reviewing and supporting Oracle Cloud updates/quarterly releases.
 * Experience delivering configuration changes and enhancements.
 * Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes within Recruiting and/or Talent.
 * Good stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Eligibility

 * Ability to work remotely within the UK.
 * Willingness to travel occasionally to Edinburgh/Glasgow when required.

## Description

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud environments, resolving functional issues, reviewing Oracle Cloud updates, and delivering configuration and change activities.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud Recruit and/or Talent.
 * Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
 * Review and assess the impact of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
 * Support testing and validation of Oracle updates.
 * Deliver configuration changes and functional enhancements.
 * Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
 * Support issue resolution and continuous improvement across the relevant HCM modules.
 * Document changes, solutions and support activities where required.
