This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in computer hardware who is looking to build a career in a technical environment. ## Description

* Testing hardware components to ensure performance and quality standards are met
 * Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware faults
 * Replacing components such as CPUs, memory, disks and other core parts
 * Provisioning and configuring replacement hardware
 * Refurbishing returned systems for reuse
 * Carrying out disk wiping / data wiping in line with security procedures
 * Completing cleaning, screening and functionality checks on refurbished equipment
 * Updating records and maintaining accurate test history / activity logs
 * Supporting basic stock control and inventory updates
 * Working to workshop processes and quality standards
