Reporting to the Group Director - Digital, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives., * Design, build and maintain data pipelines and integrations that connect previously siloed systems into reliable, reusable data resources. * Model and structure data in ClickHouse (and related tooling) so it is trustworthy, well-documented and ready for analysis and product development. * Use AI tooling to accelerate the set-up of data resources, automate routine data work and support exploratory analysis - applying human judgement to the outputs. * Deliver analysis and data products at pace so ideas can be validated with real evidence within days rather than months. * Work in continuous discovery with developers, UX and business colleagues, holding the thread from data need through to delivered insight. * Ensure data quality, lineage, security and compliance (including GDPR) across everything you build. * Help establish data standards and practices, and mentor others as we build our in-house data capability. * Support a broad product landscape - internal AI and orchestration, learner tools, finance, customer support and more.
