## Description

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer in our Healthcare Professionals Squad, you will build and improve the interface therapists use to manage their daily work. Working across our Ruby on Rails backend and React and TypeScript frontend, you will shape solutions with Product and Design and take them from an initial problem through to production.

You will join a cross-functional team of four engineers and a UX/UI Designer. Together, you will improve how healthcare professionals communicate with patients and deliver therapy-while shaping the architecture, reliability and maintainability of the underlying software., * Learn the workflows supported by our therapist interface, become familiar with our architecture and ship your first improvements during your first three months

 * Take ownership of larger full-stack features-from shaping requirements with Product and Design to implementation, testing, release and iteration
 * Build and improve features across our Ruby on Rails backend and React and TypeScript frontend
 * Make technical implementation decisions about code structure, testing approaches and incremental refactoring
 * Decide how to break down and deliver work within agreed priorities and engineering standards
 * Lead technical recommendations for changes affecting shared architecture, other teams or delivery commitments
 * Improve the therapist experience as well as the reliability and maintainability of the underlying software
