## Description

* Organisation und Koordination der administrativen Aufgaben im Sekretariat des Instituts- und Arbeitsgruppenleiters sowie dessen Arbeitsgruppe, u.a.
 + Organisation von Besprechungen und Terminplanung
 + Dienstreiseplanung und -abrechnung
 + Korrespondenz nach Stichwortangabe
 + verlässliche Präsenz des Sekretariats als zentrale Ansprechpartnerin für ein internationales Team und externe Partner
 + Übernahme von Beschaffungsvorgängen und Koordination von Verbrauchsmaterial, einschließlich Kostenkontrolle und Rechnungsstellung
 * Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Gästebetreuung
 * Unterstützung bei der Personalverwaltung, v.a. beim Onboarding und der Koordination von studentischen Hilfskräften, Praktikanten, Hospitanten, Gastwissenschaftlern
 * Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung effizienter organisatorischer Abläufe im Institutsalltag
