## About the Role

* 3-8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, LAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy).
 * Experience with manufacturing/industrial or IT/OT environments preferred.
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
 * Valid driving license is mandatory.
 * Ability to travel independently between nearby sites and support on-call requirements.

## Description

* Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, printers, and peripherals.
 * Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and end-user issues.
 * Support production workstations, MES, IoT/OT devices, and manufacturing systems.
 * Handle IMACD, asset management, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
