Role Purpose Own and drive the integrated execution of the People Services & Technology Strategy across LATAM, translating strategy into market implementation, operating-model transformation, technology enablement, and measurable business outcomes across Mexico, Chile, and Central America. This role serves as the point of accountability for transformation execution, ensuring workstreams remain aligned, decisions are made at the right level, risks are actively resolved, and committed outcomes are delivered on time.
