The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a minimum of 2 years' providing 2nd Line support. Those with an MSP background will be at an advantage, however all industry backgrounds will be considered., * Minimum of 2 years' experience working on 2nd Line support tasks * Previous experience in an MSP environment would be advantageous, although not essential * Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, Hyper-V * Understanding of troubleshooting MS services such as Exchange / OneDrive / SharePoint / MS Teams * Good networking understanding, including switches, routers and firewalls * Windows 10 & 11 experience * MS Azure experience is advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, enthusiastic and knowledgeable 2nd Line Engineer to join a thriving IT MSP who are leaders within their field.
