## Description

We're looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Durham. This is a hands-on, on-site role providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of technical issues., * Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software and user queries.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device and application issues.
 * Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory/Microsoft 365).
 * Build, configure and deploy IT equipment.
 * Escalate complex issues where required and maintain accurate support documentation.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLAs.
