## About the Role

* Strong experience working as an Agile Coach within a large or complex organisation.
 * Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
 * Experience coaching multiple Agile teams and senior stakeholders.
 * Background supporting Agile, digital or technology transformation programmes.
 * Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Proven ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive sustainable change.

## Description

We are currently partnered with a leading organisation looking to hire an experienced Agile Coach to support a large-scale transformation programme.

The successful candidate will work across multiple delivery teams, helping improve Agile maturity, strengthen ways of working and support teams in delivering more effectively.

Role & Responsibilities:

 * Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
 * Assess Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement.
 * Embed Agile principles, behaviours and effective ways of working.
 * Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.
 * Identify blockers, dependencies and wider delivery challenges.
 * Support teams in becoming more autonomous, accountable and outcome-focused.
 * Improve collaboration across technology, product and business teams.
 * Drive continuous improvement across the wider delivery function.
