 * Advanced IT proficiency, adept at using digital tools and AI to enhance client experience.

Tailormade Latin America Travel Consultant Duties:

 * Curation of high-quality, tailormade itineraries for a wide range of traveller segments
 * Managing the end-to-end client journey, including planning, costing, refining, and confirming itineraries, through to post-travel communications and nurturing future travel wish lists
 * Delivering an unparalleled level of client service.
 * Conversion of warm sales leads via email, telephone, and video calls
 * Proactive expansion of product knowledge, staying informed of the latest industry
 * developments to ensure expertise.
