Do you have experience in IT?, The successful candidate will be working to support our University staff & students with their IT queries and so strong customer service skills are essential. The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team are also required to be a success in the role. You will need to possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to work using your own initiative as well as a desire and enthusiasm to develop your IT knowledge & skills further.

## Description

The IT Technician Placement post resides within our IT Operations Team and is a practical role, providing a technical resolution service for IT queries logged by University staff & students. It is imperative that you have good technical knowledge of PC and Mac hardware/software to be successful in this position, along with a working knowledge of mobile phone technology, basic networking, Wi-Fi connectivity and audio-visual equipment.
