## About the Role

Do you have experience in Power BI?, You'll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, insight generation and business improvement in a role that connects analytics to real operational outcomes. You'll also develop your understanding of how data supports service, planning and performance improvement across the wider business., We're looking for someone with a background in data analytics, or a closely related discipline, who is eager to turn data into insight and insight into action. ## Description

This opportunity sits within our Operations function and supports a growing portfolio of data-driven improvement projects across Customer Services and Sales & Demand Planning. The role has been created to strengthen internal analytical capability and help teams turn data into practical improvements across day-to-day operations.
As our Graduate Data Analyst, you'll help improve visibility, decision-making and performance across key operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who already has a foundation in data analytics and is looking for the chance to apply those skills in a live business environment where insight can quickly become action. Based on the business rationale, the role is focused on improving analytical capability and supporting a pipeline of data-led operational improvement initiatives.
