* Expertise in Power BI report development, dashboard design, and dimensional modeling
 * Ability to translate complex data into intuitive and actionable visual insights
 * Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver reporting solutions
 * Data analytics, creating reports and dashboards using PowerBI
 * Strong understanding of data storytelling, usability, and visualization best practices
 * Data pipelines, ETL, ELT and similar concepts to bring data from different resources to power the dashboards
 * Proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures views and other database objects
 * System Analysis and Design
 * Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
 * Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment

Preferred Skills

 * Data analytics and reporting experience in Power BI or similar technology
