## About the Role

* MSP: 2 years (Required)

## Description

You will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution at our client sites. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting desktop, server and network issues as well as rolling out hardware/software upgrades, assist with business continuity services, and project rollout. You will interface with all levels of the client's staff on a regular basis thus requiring the utmost in professionalism, presentation, and communication.

Principal Responsibilities:

 * Logs calls and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response within acceptable time frames for client issues.
 * Provide remote and occasional onsite support of multiple client networks of various sizes and levels of complexity.

Technical Skills Required:

 * PC Windows, Software and Networking Environments
 * Setup, Configuration, and Diagnostics of both wired and wireless networks
 * System Administration
 * Desktop Email Client Setup and Configuration
 * Remote Access (VPN, Remote Desktop Connection, Terminal Server)
 * Various Software Installations
 * Data Backup/Recovery
 * Computer Hardware Diagnostics/Installation/Replacement
 * Virtual removal of Malware and Viruses
 * Assist user community in software, hardware and network problem resolution.
 * Install, test, and maintain a variety of personal computing and network hardware and software systems, with local area network and wide area network connections.
 * Keeps up to date with current trends and is prepared to make recommendations to the improvement of both workstation and server environments.
 * Produces support documentation.
