## Description

We're hiring an Onsite Printer Service Technician to support and maintain printers and multifunction devices at a customer site in Rocky Mount, NC. This is a hands-on role focused heavily on printer troubleshooting and break/fix support.

What You'll Do:

 * Troubleshoot, repair, clean, and maintain printers/copiers
 * Replace toner, consumables, and basic printer parts
 * Install printer drivers and map printers to PCs
 * Configure IP addresses, scanning, email/file settings, and user access
 * Troubleshoot basic printer connectivity/network issues
 * Manage toner, supplies, parts inventory, and equipment records
 * Provide onsite customer support and basic equipment training
