## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or similar)
 * Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, procurement, inventory, order management, or manufacturing)
 * Experience with requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 * Project management experience or familiarity with implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Preferred:

 * ERP certification(s)
 * Experience with data analysis tools, data migration, or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
 * Prior consulting experience or client-facing implementation work
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

## Description

* Support end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations
 * Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
 * Configure ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing) to align with business processes
 * Design and document workflows, data models, and system architecture
 * Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
 * Train end users and create documentation/training materials
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
 * Provide ongoing post-implementation support and issue resolution
 * Stay current on ERP platform updates, best practices, and technology and industry trends
 * Provide support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software updates, patches, and new modules in alignment with business needs.
 * Manage system configurations, perform system tuning, and oversee storage management to maintain high availability and reliability.
 * Develop automation scripts and solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance system efficiency.
 * Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing.
