## About the Role

BESTSECRET is looking for a talented, mid-level Graphic Designer to join our Design team, to create and optimize visual content for our organic social media channels and paid ads, balancing brand integrity with performance goals. You'll be expected to review existing content, identify optimization opportunities, and propose creative solutions that keep pace with the fast-moving social media landscape., * 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with focus on social media and/or digital marketing

 * Proven track record of creating content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

 * Background in e-commerce or fashion/retail marketing

 * Understanding of paid advertising platforms and creative requirements (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, RTB house adds)

Technical Skills :

 * Expert proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, collaboration)

 * Advanced image editing skills (Adobe Photoshop or equivalent)

 * Proficiency in After Effects for video editing and motion graphics

 * Proficiency in Smartly (or similar performance platform for creating ads)

Soft Skills & competencies

 * A genuine team player who thrives in collaborative environments

 * Someone who brings positive energy and contributes to a healthy team culture

 * Able to give and receive feedback constructively
