## About the Role

* Proven commercial experience designing or developing agentic AI solutions on GCP.
 * Strong technical architecture experience, with the ability to explain your decisions and lead delivery.
 * Practical experience with agent design patterns, multi-agent systems and monitoring.
 * Confident communication with clients and technical teams.
 * Experience in customer service or contact centre transformation.
 * Salesforce knowledge is a bonus, particularly Service Cloud, Agentforce or Data Cloud.

The practical details

The role is open to candidates across the UK, with London preferred. Expect around two days a week in your nearest company office, plus client travel when required.

Salary is flexible depending on your experience. Strong candidates with higher expectations are encouraged to apply. BPSS checks are required.
