## About the Role

* Proven experience in a senior IT/technology role.
 * Strong ERP and WMS experience.
 * Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and system architecture.
 * Experience managing hardware and IT infrastructure.
 * Commercial and operational mindset.
 * Strong project and supplier management skills.
 * Comfortable working hands-on as well as strategically.
 * Experience within distribution, logistics, manufacturing or e-commerce would be advantageous.

## Description

* Own and manage the company's ERP, WMS, CRM and associated software.
 * Manage system integrations, APIs, automation and data flow between platforms.
 * Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, servers and business hardware.
 * Support warehouse technology including scanners, printers, terminals and connectivity.
 * Manage cybersecurity, backups, access controls and data protection.
 * Lead technology projects, system implementations and upgrades.
 * Manage external IT, software and technology suppliers.
 * Develop reporting, dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
 * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and emerging technologies.
 * Develop the company's long-term technology strategy.
