This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a busy school community, providing hands-on technical support to staff and students while working closely with the school's dedicated Network Manager, who will provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and technical escalation support. The successful candidate will be based on-site and will play a key role in ensuring technology services remain reliable, secure and effective across the school. You will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have strong technical troubleshooting skills, and enjoy building positive relationships with both technical and non-technical users. About the Role As the school's IT Technician, you will provide first and second-line support across a wide range of technologies, helping staff and students make the most of their IT systems. Working under the guidance of the onsite Network Manager, you will support the school's IT infrastructure, classroom technology, devices and cloud services whilst ensuring incidents and requests are managed professionally and efficiently. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
