The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions. Candidate Sourcing & Management * Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct search methods. * Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements. * Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
