Desirable Skills & Experience Experience with any of the following would be beneficial: * Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot * Microsoft Defender * Kaseya Datto RMM * Datto AV and EDR * Endpoint Backup * Kaseya IT Glue * Autotask PSA * Spanning Backup * PowerShell * Microsoft 365 migrations * Network installation and troubleshooting * Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus * Microsoft Azure Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102 or AZ-104 would also be beneficial, but are not essential. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and working directly with customers. You should be able to arrive at a customer site, understand the issue, carry out structured troubleshooting and either resolve the problem or clearly document and escalate it. The right person will be: * Professional and approachable with customers. * Confident working independently. * Technically curious and willing to learn. * Organised and able to manage their workload. * Comfortable moving between different customer environments. * Able to explain technical issues in simple terms. * Willing to take ownership of an issue through to resolution. ## Description This is a hands-on role supporting customers across Northern Ireland and, where required, other locations across the UK and Ireland.
