## About the Role

* 5+ years in platform, DevOps or SRE roles
 * Strong hands-on Kubernetes and Docker experience
 * Production experience with AWS
 * Proficiency in Terraform or equivalent IaC
 * Scripting ability in Python or Go
 * Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins)

Desirable

 * Experience with ArgoCD or Flux
 * Prometheus, Grafana or Datadog
 * Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 environments
 * Previous team leadership or mentoring experience

## Description

Our client is scaling its cloud infrastructure to support a fast-growing SaaS product used by a large base of enterprise customers. As Senior Platform Engineer, you will own the internal developer platform, improve reliability and deployment speed, and mentor a small team of engineers., * Design, build and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure on AWS

 * Own CI/CD pipelines and drive adoption of GitOps practices
 * Build self-service tooling that lets product teams ship without platform bottlenecks
 * Improve observability, incident response and SLO tracking
 * Lead infrastructure-as-code standards using Terraform
 * Champion security and cost optimisation across the platform
