Experience with CI/CD, GitHub actions, Terraform or similar.Experience with tools like SonarQube, Veracode or similar. Experience with big data technologies, data analytics, and AI. Experience with working on workflow engines like Camunda, Activiti, JBPM or similar. Experience operating within highly regulated financial services environments. Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. ## Description We are seeking a Java Engineer to join Compliance & Supervision Technology in TD Securities. The role builds technology solutions that meet regulatory obligations, strengthen supervisory controls, and manage conduct and trade-related risks. The role requires you to work across Compliance & Supervision for Global Markets. You will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and operational support of technology solutions that enable regulatory compliance, surveillance, supervision, and control oversight functions. The role partners closely with Compliance, Risk, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and regulator-ready solutions., Technology Delivery * Deliver strategic Compliance and Supervision technology initiatives. * Partner with multiple teams including product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and vendors. * Build solutions to meet business objectives while adhering to enterprise architecture & security standards. * Follow Agile delivery practices and continuous delivery methodologies. Architecture & Solution Design * Build and support API first, event-driven, microservices, and cloud-native architecture. * Ensure integration between vendor platforms, proprietary systems, and enterprise data services. * Contribute to solution designs for scalability, resiliency, maintainability, and security. * Adhere to reuse and common platform capability practices across workstreams.
