## Description

* Handle calls and correspondence; resolve or escalate as needed.
 * Act as first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
 * Coordinate daily administration for the Asset Management team.
 * Arrange meetings, manage diaries, prepare agendas and minutes.
 * Maintain accurate records, systems and filing.
 * Produce reports, statistics and update dashboards.
 * Raise purchase orders and process contractor invoices.
 * Obtain and assess contractor quotations, place and track orders.
 * Monitor works to completion and support inspections.
 * Liaise with tenants and contractors to arrange appointments.
 * Support complex case workflows and technical staff.
 * Allocate tasks to and support the Administration Apprentice.
