The role collaborates cross-functionally with strategy, sales, and operations teams to identify operational friction points and deliver scalable solutions - ranging from analytics dashboards and ETL pipelines to production-ready AI tools, RAG pipelines, and automated action triggers. The Business Intelligence Engineer is expected to deeply understand OpenTable's systems and data architecture, combining strong business acumen with technical execution.
